  1. Very good video! I’ve done this before, and I actually was happier! I would
    go to bed, and wake up the next morning and wake up and before I would get
    out of bed, I would thank God. Try it sometime guys!

  2. One thing I have tried and it works for me is when I can’t sleep I will
    start with the alphabet and start thinking of one thing that I’m grateful
    for with each letter. I usually don’t make it too far before I fall asleep.
